We develop spaces for personal growth, promoting a critical awareness as well as the identification of our co-responsibility with the problems of other communities, with the objective of developing the human potential of service and social transformation.

Hola Ghana ONGd works so that people interested in any of the opportunities in Africa, India, Colombia and Mexico have more information prior to the trip and know in broad strokes the situation that they are going to find and the work they are going to perform. In addition, it is about making visible to society those organizations whose small size does not correspond to the large size of the help and work they do every day for the most disadvantaged.

We design experiences based on three axes: First the "Theory of Shock", bringing volunteers closer to extreme poverty, which leaves no one indifferent and encourages them to take action. Secondly, the connection with local leaders, so that they can have impact conversations and understand another way of defining success in life and finally collaboration and financing of projects, so that they understand that reality can be transformed.In these last years, we bet on the development of sustainable projects to avoid dependence and break with welfare.
